YouTube recently updated there video player to widescreen, at first this was not accepted by a lot of people, for some reason they did not like it. I think that it was one of the best things that YouTube have done in a long time, they have also now introduced High Definition (HD) with this update they finally match other popular video sharing sites such as vimeo. In YouTubes previous update they released High Quality video, many people including me thought that this was as far as they were willing to go with improving the video playback quality, however it just turned out to be a stepping stone towards there release of HD. You may be wondering how to allow people to view the video you uploaded in HD, well its simple once you upload a video with the resolution of 720p then when people click to view your video below it, it will say watch in HD
