Out Of The Blue

Yesterday I went to my hairdresser to get my hair-cut. Generally I wait until my hair is beginning to get too long and then get it cut, there is value for money! ;) Also I reckon I just don’t have the time to get around to going up every few weeks to get it done.

Anyway, I was having a discussion with my hair dresser about how well his salon looks, he has recently got it done up. Then we moved onto the topic of what I do in college, and when he found out what I do and that I like building websites he asked me if I would be interested in building one for him :D

It was completely out of the blue and I did not expect him to even want one, but apparently he was meaning to get one made for a while now. So we have decided that we will begin to build the site in September as he has still got a few more additions to add to his salon before he wants to take pictures for the site.

So it was definitely worth my while getting my hair cut that day! Also he does know a lot of people with businesses and he said they might be interested in getting something done. So it’s great to have a contact like that, especially in the business of building websites.

So more on this topic when it comes nearer the time to start building it :D

I Passed All My Exams

I finally got into my results account today after not being able to get on yesterday. And the great news is i passed everything :D I am delighted that i have, i remember last summer i had to repeat one of my subjects that i had failed, but not this time round :D

Here are not results that i got the whole year, i had to pass one by compensation on one of my exams but other than that i did alright. The 6 exams in bold are the ones i just passed :D

So My average of this semester is: 53.20% and last semester was 58.50% so that brings it to an overall average of 55.80%. Last year my overall average was 60 so there is a bit of a drop with the result, however i am just happy to have passed and gotton over the 50% average mark as i need to have over 50% in year 2 and 3 of my course if i am to get into 4th year. So so far i am on track.

So, 3rd year here i come :D

I Should Have My Results

Today the results for my course were released; everyone had to wait until 4pm before you were allowed to log in. As usual we can never get into the site to get the results.

Usually some people can get in but others can’t. Up until now I had experienced no problems getting my results, but today for an unknown reason I have no permission to log in! :( What the hell! I have sent off an e-mail to tech support, and hopefully they will get back to me.

I will have to wait until tomorrow morning I expect as they will not be checking their e-mail at night. Anyway to make matters even worse again, the college e-mail system has now crashed, which prevents me from even checking if I have gotten a reply. This always happens, so no surprise there. I was impressed the site could even handle any traffic today!
