free coke glasses – world cup

It is always great to get free stuff, and in my work that does not happen very often. Today though my work actually decided to give out some free glasses!

Now I know that is not much, but usually they won’t let you have anything! Even if it is damaged they will try and get the most out of you as they can or as close to the original price as possible.

The thing that we got free today were glasses from a promotion of coca-cola, they were supposed to be free with every 2 bottles of 2 litre coke you buy, but nobody really noticed the promotion and the stock of glasses built up and they just decided to give them away. The glasses are themed for the 2010 world cup!

I took a good few of them, and everyone else I work with did too, the remaining glasses were given away to customers. I reckon they were all gone within 20 minutes which is really fast considering the amount there was.

So, happy to get something for free for once! Even though my work get them for free!
