Really hot weather

Today was unbelievable weather, and of course I had to be stuck inside all day working :(!

It is mad how when the hot weather comes everyone suddenly gets the idea that they want to buy garden furniture, it is like they can just pull money from thin air! You would think they might want to save the money they have, but nope! They just want to get rid of it.

I don't mind though, its pays my wages :D, since the beginning of summer in work, we hardly sold a lot of the garden furniture, but today we couldn't stop selling it! We sold everything that we had in stock :O.

So the only part of today's brilliant weather that I got to see was whenever I was bringing out furniture to peoples car, which was every 10 minutes or so.

Now though I can barely sit up, my back is in bits, I must of pulled a muscle! Hopefully it will be alright tomorrow because I have to be in work again tomorrow, which no doubt we will be selling more heavy stock.

I am now looking forward to my day off on Monday :D.

No internet, and Google pacman

Now that college and my exams are over I have finally got around to playing my Xbox games again. I always meant to get playing some games again but just ended up getting side tracked with the internet.

Today however I didn't do very much at all I didn't go on the internet at all up until now so I could make this blog post. I spent the whole morning asleep then I just drove around in the car, went to work and that it!

The first thing I did notice tonight when I went online is that Google have changed their logo to an interactive Pacman game! I definitely spent a while messing about with it, it is probably the most different thing that Google have made to their homage in relation to custom images!

The game auto starts after a few seconds, but you can click the insert coin button to get it started quicker if you want.

And of course there is already a Facebook page created for it and at the moment there is 223,799 people who have liked it! The power of that site is just mental. So if you have played the games maybe you should go and like the page?!

Today I had intended on clearing out my computer and reinstalling Windows but that never happened, I will have to get around to doing that another day over the weekend when I am not at work.

Finished my exams

As of today I have finished all my exams for this year and for this degree. Today's exam went really well, a lot better than I had expected. Today's exam was in Database Administration. The results for these exams are out in June so there is not much waiting time to be done. I think I will definitely be nervous when checking my results as I really hope that I am done with this degree, If I pass them all, which I am confident I did, then the summer will be that much more enjoyable. It is strange to think that I have completed three years of college, and providing all goes well I should have my very first degree! [flickr album=72157623901757199 num=10 size=Thumbnail] Now all I have to do is fill in my electives that I want to do for my honours degree that I am doing next year which is in IT Management. Next year the computing department is moving to a new location in the college, the new IT Department they built is finished and will be ready for us this September.
