holidays coming up soon

Today I went back to work after not having to work for the past 7 days! It was great having this last week off, usually I do not get that much time off but since I requested last weekend off I ended up having a full week between when I last worked and today. Anyway, this week I have only to work 3 days and then I am officially on my 2 week summer holidays from work! It is always great having time off and I want to plan a few things to do over these next few weeks. I am not exactly sure yet as to what I want to do, but there is one thing I know I want to do which is go away to Edinburgh for a few days. It would be nice to get away out of the country for a while and this will probably be the only chance I get to go away for the rest of the year. Last year I went to Edinburgh for a friend of mine's 21st birthday and it was brilliant. Edinburgh is a lovely place and last year when I went over there was a big heat wave which made the trip even better. This year if I do get to go over, a few of my friends will be over there already and I should have some sort of accommodation sorted out. During the month of August there is a lot of festivals on, so if I do go I would like to go within the first week of August. So until I go on that trip I will have to come up with a few more things that I can do here in Ireland. Maybe go to the Giants Causeway, I have never been there, and it is supposed to be a good day out, even though the drive is very long!

Easter break ends tonight

Tomorrow I start back at college after my two weeks away from college for Easter. I have done so much over Easter and I am actually in no mood to go back to college.

At the moment I am trying to get college assignment's done. I have had all over Easter to do them, but to be honest, who does college work when they have time off :D ? I like to enjoy all the time off I get, so between college and work I have a lot less free time, so my two week college break was just for doing nothing :D .

Over the past two weeks my sleeping pattern has completely gone all over the place! I have gone to bed around 4am or 5am every night! It will be a bit of a shock come tomorrow morning when I have to get up for college for 9!

Over my break from college I spent a lot of time in work, also I fixed a few computers. I took a trip up to Belfast on the bank holiday Monday, I was never up there before and it certainly beats the hell out of Dundalk! Ended up spending way too much money up there, I even bought a set of earphones for my iPod, which I thought I needed only to find my old pair when I came home!

Anyway, back to the college work :( ....

Getting things done

Just a quick post today ;) . I am finally getting on top of my workload. Recently I have found myself suddenly becoming weighed down with a lot of college assignments. However this is my own fault because I continually postponed doing my assignments! Today I sat down and looked at what I have to get done over the coming weeks and wrote down all the deadline dates so I know how long I have! I have a 2000 word report due on the 26th of this month and have only just started it, I am making a lot of progress and hope to have the bulk it completed by the end of this week. Once I get all my assignment done the reward will be great, I will be free of work and I have two weeks of holidays coming up for Easter which I will make the most of!
