and the weather continues

Today I had planned on finishing off building a website for a client, however when I went to see him he did not have the pictures I needed to get it finished so it looks like I cannot get to finish the website until next Monday! The weather also stayed warm today which was great because today I was actually off work and got to enjoy it! I spent most of my today trying to avoid going online as I want to watch Lost without finding out how it ends, and so far, so good! I keep trying to watch it but since I was outside most of the day, it has proven difficult to finish watching it! And it is probably going to be tomorrow before I get to actually see the end of it because I intend to go out tonight. That means I will have to avoid going online again until tomorrow morning when I finally get to see the end of Lost!

Lady GaGa's Video – Telephone – Banned On Television

MTV have refused to play Lady GaGa's new music video "Telephone" on their channel! Their claims were that the video was too "Raunchy" :O .

To be honest now the video is nowhere near as "Raunchy" as other video that MTV play, many videos on music channels have complete nudity in them and yet they still get played! It makes no sense.

The music video for "Telephone" is set in a prison, the video is nine and a half minutes in length! Which is crazy. But I don't think it is bad enough to be banned from television.

The video was eventually released online on Thursday (11th March) morning and by Thursday night it had received over 1.5 million views :O!

Now the video currently has over 13 million views and is still rising!

The video has a lot of references to different shows such as the classic batman television shows when a fight breaks out the animated words pop up on screen. Also the getaway car that Beyoncé and Lady GaGa use is the "Pussy Wagon" that is in the Kill Bill films.

I Bought A 22" Monitor

Yesterday i decided that i would buy myself a new monitor for my computer. I am sick and tired of looking at my basically square monitor. It is a flat panel on at the moment but it is just too square!

I have been wanting to get a new monitor for a while now and bit by bit i am upgrading my different sections on my computer, first new speakers then a new desk then a new keyboard & mouse and now a new monitor :D the only thing that is left that i got when my pc shipped from the factory will be just the machine.

So next time i am changing something it will be the tower part :D So the monitor i ordered is the Samsung Syncmaster 2233bw 22", it is going to seem massive when put beside this old monitor for comparison.The monitor cost €169 and i got it from Pixmania here.

So it will be great when the monitor arrives, i will be expecting to receive it next week and it will arrive by courier, i will write a post about it when i get it :D
